Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which order has been placed or through store credit. Once we receive the product, the amount will be initiated in the next 24 - 48 hours. Your money will be reflected in your account in 5-7 working days.
COD Orders:At the time of initiating a return request, kindly provide your UPI (Unified Payments Interface) ID. The refund amount will be transferred to the provided UPI ID within 3-7 working days.
Store Credit: In case of wrong bank details, intimation will be sent for the same. If we don’t receive the reply within 7 days, the amount will be generated as a store credit and you'll receive an email notification for the same.
